Meet Our Team

Norbert entered the pallet business in 1994 as a side endeavor to his trucking business. Norbert was a self-made entrepreneur with an eye for opportunities. The company was created and developed by Norbert from the ground up. Norbert unexpectedly died in April of 2009, but his vision and values are still with the company today.

Bernie has been with Westside Pallet from the beginning and has been an intricate part of it's growth. She oversees the operations and functions of the business and carries on the values and vision of Norbert.

Carolyn who is the daughter of Norbert and Bernie Rocha, joined Westside Pallet in 1998 as an office manager and accountant. As Vice President of Operations, Carolyn's role is to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products and services that Westside Pallet provides. Today she is a major part of the daily operations of Westside Pallet coordinating deliveries, ordering pallet supplies and overseeing all finance and accounting related issues.

Ramon has been with the company since 1995 and is one of the first employees at Westside Pallet. He has made the transition from the farming industry and now has over 15 years of experience in the pallet industry. Ramon oversees the daily logistics of our pallet inventory, pallet materials and deliveries.

Alfredo has been with the company since 1998 and supports Ramon in the daily operations of Westside Pallet. Our employees count on Alfredo to provide the materials and support necessary to produce the pallets for our customers.
